近日，医院风湿免疫科栗占国课题组张学武教授及李春主治医师等在总结欧美环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎的优缺点的基础上，创造性地提出了环磷酰胺小冲击治疗狼疮性肾炎。该方法与传统疗法相比，疗效相当，胃肠道反应、白细胞减少等不良反应显著低于传统疗法。值得一提的是，环磷酰胺小冲击疗法对女性性腺抑制明显低于传统疗法。论文发表在《临床风湿病》杂志（ClinicalRheumatology）。

Cyclophosphamide(CYC)haslongbeenconsideredagoldstandardininducingrenalremissionandpreventingrenalflaresforpatientswithsystemiclupuserythematosus(SLE).However,therationaluseofCYChasnotreachedaconsensus,suchasthetimingandlengthoftreatment,therouteofadministration,andtheidealdosage.Theobjectiveofthisstudywastoassesstheefficacyandsafetyofshort-intervallower-dose(SILD)intravenous(IV)CYCinthetreatmentofSLE.Atotalofpatientswithlupusnephritiswererandomlyassignedtoa1-yeartrial,eithertheSILDgroup(12fortnightlypulsesatafixeddoseofmgfollowedby6monthlypulses)orhigh-dose(HD)group(6monthlypulsesfollowedbytwoquarterlypulsesatadoseof0.5~1.0g/m2).At6monthsoftreatment,28%(30/)ofpatientsintheSILDgroupreacheda
